Features
PhotoWeave is a very powerful Plug-in for designing striped fabrics or adding many kinds of pattern effects to images.
Features:• create warp and weft description with up to 16 yarn colors, or have a vignette (color ramp);• use all the Photoshop color-selection tools available including PANTONE;• set warp and weft pattern numerically, including nesting of parentheses;• angle independently warp or weft;• repeat the pattern independently in the x and y directions;• choose different yarn thicknesses (fringe option) for warp or weft for realistic rendering; and• layer the fabrics and pass them through stencils to simulate jacquard. The weave-editor grid is customizable in x or y directions, and weave creation includes the ability to copy and/or extend weave in a selection, edit as the pattern is simulated, or flip and/or rotate the import.Users can preview a weave and test a new one instantly on a fabric or save and add to a library. The fabric simulation is added to the current image and allows users to simulate weaving onto any kind of image. The Plug-in allows for creation or importing of a weave of up to 72 X 72 for infinite combinations, and it ships with more than 130 fabric simulations and 120 weaves. There is no limit to the number of new fabrics users can achieve. With the powerful and fully editable layering mechanism, Actions may be added to combine layers of fabrics. PhotoWeave works with a layer principle so users can mix multiple fabrics or patterns in a single image. All this is happening inside Photoshop or any application compliant with Photoshop Plug-in specifications.PhotoWeave offers an advanced interface with a large preview. It is fast, incredibly powerful, and easy. All new designs can be added to the library. All creations stay live until the end so changing one's mind is encouraged. PhotoWeave really feels like a full stand-alone application, but is conveniently available as a Plug-in.Very intuitive buttons guide users in applying complex fabrics in a few clicks. Users choose among PhotoWeave fabrics either by browsing up or down the thumbnail previews list, which is organized under several categories (e.g., shape, border, pattern, edges, and so on) or by selecting an effect from the full alphabetical list.PhotoWeave has been designed with the textile industry in mind, but many features have been added that make it perfect for all graphic designers. Among those effects is the ability to create vignettes and combine them along angled warp and weft threads. Used from within an image-editing application, the newly created image can easily be uploaded to an internet-compatible JPEG or JPG. PhotoWeave ready-to-apply fabrics will give all web pages or designs a distinctive and attractive look.Manufacturer: Human Software Company Inc., The
