PowerMath is a QuarkXPress XTensions module that generates professional-quality mathematical equations. These equations are created using simple, easy-to-learn character, menu, or keyboarding sequences at the point in text where the equations occur. Since PowerMath is an XTension,s module all the power and functionality of QuarkXPress is available when preparing documents combining text and mathematical equations.

PowerMath is an XTensions module intended for a wide range of users such as authors, publishers, professional typesetters, college professors, or anyone needing to set text and equations. Anyone who can learn QuarkXPress, can quickly acquire the skills to create high-quality mathematical equations.

Features:

• ability to create case fractions;

• creation of multilevel buildup fractions and matrices;

• typeset radicals, integrals, and summations;

• keyboard equations in an efficient, interactive manner;

• simplifies the keyboarding of math text, signs, and Pi characters;

• simplifies the insertion of fixed space around math signs and structures;

• facilitates the correction of previously created mathematics;

• enables cut and paste from one equation (or piece of equation) to another; and

• simplifies the switching between typefaces that often occurs within math.
