Features

The Workspace Manager automatically saves and invokes palette workspaces without requiring any work from the user. Click on a graphic frame, and the workspace for graphic frames appears. Click on a text frame, and the text frame workspace comes up. Modify a workspace and those changes are saved automatically.

The CS version features twice as many workspaces as the previous version. There are new workspaces for tables, XML, Notes, the story editor, and more. All automatic workspaces are fully customizable and automatically save without requiring any user involvement.

Anyone who has been overwhelmed by all the palettes in InDesign will find this product indispensable. No more scrolling down the workspace menu hunting for the right workspace. No more palette clutter. Just a smooth and clean interface that presents the palettes the user needs, when they're needed.

Features:

• new workspace contexts for Tables, XML, and the Story Editor;

• new swap mode for those who don't want automatic workspace switching; and

• improved menus for managing workspaces.

Updated Features for CS include:

• detects what type of page object is being worked on and automatically accesses the relevant workspace;

• automatically saves workspaces as they are modified; and

• workspaces are defined for graphic frames, text boxes, splines, and more.
