Features

The CopyFILE™ Acrobat Plug-in is designed to create a link action allowing a user to download either a single file or multiple files from a link embedded within a PDF. Quickly and easily create CopyFILE links within a PDF to aid in delivery of additional content or technical information. The CopyFILE Plug-in consists of two key components. This includes an authoring component and a user component.

The CopyFILE authoring component is a Plug-in supported by using Acrobat Standard or Professional. The user component is a Reader-enabled version of the CopyFILE Plug-in with the ability for the CopyFILE action to be recognized and display a dialog box enabling the user to select a single file or multiple files to be copied or downloaded.

• deliver current and accurate information related to information in the PDF;

• integrate existing technical content with existing product information contained in a PDF;

• quickly create links to integrate existing technical data with data found in a PDF;

• uses standard Acrobat link toolbar to create links;

• uses existing PDFs and content to create CopyFILE links for integration; and

• allows content to be delivered through PDF over web, CD-ROM, or network.
