Extreme Update

Features

With Catalog Extreme Basic, the Catalog Extreme Update Plug-in provides updating of the document after it has been created. Use this feature to update prices in the document and, for example, insert multiple languages in the document.

Features:

• adds unique tag data automatically to each item (e.g., text field);

• view hidden tags using the integrated show item tag feature in Catalog Extreme 4.0 Basic or by installing Catalog Extreme 4.0 Tag Utility;

• during an update, the Plug-in reads tag data from each individual object and compares this tag data with a text file;

• when data is identified using tags, the stylistic code of the text content will be read, new text will be inserted, and the stylistic code will be applied;

• add limitations, for example, which text fields will be updated;

• tag utility palette enables the user to modify tag data applied to items;

• lock or unlock all objects in a selected layer or on one or more objects;

• apply tag data to one or more selected objects with automatic suffixes;

• add automatically, either in alphanumeric or numeric order; and

• requires Catalog Extreme Basic (sold separately).
