ThePowerXChange Return Policy

Since all software has its own feature sets and characteristics we make every attempt to provide updated demonstration software for our customers to test before making a purchasing decision. Please refer to the product detail page for a download link or click here for technical support. If you still have questions about a products feature set after testing with the demo, please call or e-mail ThePowerXChange to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product. If you have any problems downloading a demo or would like a CD Catalogue, please e-mail technical support with the demo name and your contact information. Unless otherwise specified by a specific Manufacturers Warranty, this product, sold by ThePowerXChange may only be returned for refund if: 1) the product(s) has remained unopened, 2) the return is instigated within 30 days from date of invoice, and 3) you have not received the serial numbers and/or installers electronically, by fax, or by any other means. All returns must be pre-approved by ThePowerXChange and customers must first obtain a return-merchandise authorization number (RMA) from ThePowerXChange. At ThePowerXChange’s sole discretion, ThePowerXChange will for 30 days after date of invoice, replace the product or refund the purchase price for defective product the customer has purchased from ThePowerXChange. ThePowerXChange is responsible for shipping charges of defective merchandise returned to ThePowerXChange. ThePowerXChange will pay shipping for replacement products sent to the buyer. Returns instigated for any reason other than defective merchandise will be charged a 15% restocking fee. License agreement. This transaction is conditional on licensees adoption of the terms and conditions of the shrink-wrap license agreement packaged with the software products contained on this invoice. The terms and conditions of such shrink-wrap licenses, including, but not limited to, disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability and remedies, supersede all other terms and conditions of this order, other than the designation of the software product(s) and price(s).
