Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with ThePowerXChange, you agree to the following terms and conditions relating to order fulfillment, delivery, and payment:
- ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are processed between Monday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., by a staff member of ThePowerXChange. We take pride in our customer service and we use this time frame to ensure that all criteria have been met for a timely delivery (see the upgrade delivery information below). Most electronic orders are delivered well within a 24-business-hour window. If this time frame does not fit within your schedule, send an email to: sales@thepowerxchange.com. We will make every effort to assist you with a delivery time that will enable you to meet your deadlines.
- UPGRADE ORDERS: Online upgrade orders are processed manually to confirm upgrade eligibility. This process may require up to five business days while we contact the manufacturer about your request. If you have not ever registered your software, this will further delay your order. Most upgrades require the serial number of the product you wish to upgrade. You will shorten your processing time by providing this serial number in the comments field of the order form.
- Many of the demos of the products we represent are fully functional for a number of days. These demos may enable you to use the software immediately. If you have questions about the limitations of a demo, please contact technical support.
- DEFINITION OF ELECTRONIC DELIVERY (ESD): All orders for products identified as ESD, are just that, serial numbers, activation codes, links, or attachments delivered to your email address. Delivery of these products, installers, and/or serial numbers by email are made with the following stipulations:
- Serial numbers and/or attachments will be emailed one time to the address specified when you place this order.
- The email address on the order must in some way match the person or company placing the order.
- For example: John Smith with ABC Company must have an email address that we can identify as likely belonging to the purchaser or receiver.

- Purchasing agents may choose to have the order emailed to a company employee as long as the company name is part of the email address as described above.
- PRODUCT DELIVERY THROUGH SPAM FILTERS AND FIREWALLS: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPAM FILTER OR FIREWALL IN PLACE THAT PREVENTS NOTIFICATIONS OR SOFTWARE DELIVERY FROM OUR SERVERS.
- ALTERNATE DELIVERY: If you have a spam filter or firewall that prevents us from sending you notifications or attachments, we will, when possible, send your activation codes and links via fax, to the number you have provided on the order form. If you do not provide a fax number, we will mail, when possible, the activation codes and links.
- PHYSICAL DELIVERY OF PRODUCT: If you chose the physical-delivery option for a product marked ESD, we will contact you to attempt an electronic delivery. In the event, we cannot reach you, you hereby grant permission that the product be burned to a CD-ROM (an additional $15 CD-ROM burn charge) and shipped to the physical address provided (an additional $12 shipping charge for addresses within the continental US, international destinations will be higher), WITHOUT NOTICE.
- WE CANNOT EDIT, CHANGE, OR ADD TO YOUR ORDER-FORM INFORMATION. We employ our best efforts to protect the buyers and registered owners of software and we will NOT provide any customer-proprietary information over the phone, including, but not limited to changing the delivery email address, giving credit card information, or providing order status information.
- CREDIT-CARD FRAUD: In an attempt to protect our customers from online credit-card fraud, all customers paying with a credit card must provide the exact billing address of the credit-card statement in the Bill To section of the ordering information. This information will help to identify you as a person properly authorized to use a particular credit card for a purchase. If this information does not match, the order will be delayed while proper verification is performed by ThePowerXChange.
